From the Ground Up
Heavenly Hands, Inc. was established to address a critical gap in New York's home and community-based services landscape. We saw individuals with disabilities who wanted to live independently but lacked the coordinated support to make it happen.
We bring a unique perspective to service coordination — one rooted in cultural competency, community trust, and a genuine commitment to the people we serve.
Today, we proudly serve hundreds of individuals across New York through the NHTD and TBI Medicaid Waiver Programs, helping them navigate the system, build their support networks, and live on their own terms.
